NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, MARKETING SUBSCRIPTION, OR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Knockout Kids’ Cybertruck Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Knockout Home Inspections, LLC, located at 9959 Windmill Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532, referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor” or “Knockout Inspections.”
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 3, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 4, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Alabama, Florida, or Mississippi who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, owners, and directors of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible. “Immediate family members” include spouses, parents, children, siblings, and the spouses of those individuals.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit https://goforko.com/giveaway and complete the official entry form.
Each eligible person may earn up to four total entries during the Giveaway Period through the methods described below.
A. Official Entry Form
Each eligible person may submit the official entry form only once during the Giveaway Period. A completed form containing all required information earns one entry.
Each eligible entrant may earn up to two additional entries through the same form:

One additional entry for answering the optional “Which best describes you?” question.

One additional entry for answering the optional “Which Knockout service, if any, might interest you within the next 12 months?” question.
All available responses—including “None,” “Not sure,” “Other,” and “Prefer not to answer”—will qualify for the applicable additional entry.
An eligible entrant may therefore earn up to three entries through the official entry form. These additional entries are earned through the entrant’s original form submission and do not permit or require additional official entry-form submissions.
B. Cybertruck Appearance Bonus Entry
An eligible entrant may earn one additional entry by visiting the Knockout Kids’ Cybertruck at any one of the following scheduled appearances:

To earn the Cybertruck Appearance Bonus Entry, an eligible entrant must:

Visit the Cybertruck during one of the scheduled appearances;

Take an original photograph with or of the Cybertruck;
-
Post the photograph to the entrant’s own Facebook or Instagram account during the Giveaway Period;
-
Visit https://goforko.com/giveaway and complete the Appearance Bonus Entry form using the same email address submitted on the entrant’s original entry form; and
-
Provide either a working link to the social media post or a screenshot clearly showing the photograph, entrant’s social media account, and date of posting.
Entrants with private social media accounts and entrants using a temporary format such as an Instagram or Facebook Story must submit a screenshot because the Sponsor may be unable to access or verify the original post.
The social media post does not have to contain a positive statement, endorsement, rating, or review of the Sponsor.
Only photographs taken during a listed Cybertruck appearance will qualify through this method. The Sponsor may request additional reasonable information to verify the appearance, photograph, post, entrant, or submission.
The entrant must own or have permission to use the submitted photograph. The entrant must also have permission from every identifiable person shown in the photograph. If a minor is identifiable in the photograph, the entrant must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian or have permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
An entrant may receive only one Cybertruck Appearance Bonus Entry, regardless of the number of appearances attended, photographs taken, social media platforms used, or posts shared.
The Appearance Bonus Entry form and all supporting proof must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 4, 2026.
Scheduled appearances are subject to reasonable changes or cancellation because of weather, venue requirements, safety concerns, event cancellation, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. Updated appearance information will be posted at https://goforko.com/giveaway.
C. Free Alternative Method for the Fourth Entry
No purchase, admission payment, social media account, social media post, travel, or event attendance is required to earn the fourth entry.
Instead of completing the Cybertruck Appearance Bonus Entry requirements, an eligible entrant may visit https://goforko.com/giveaway, select the free online alternative on the Appearance Bonus Entry form, and answer the following prompt:
“Share one way you help make your home safer, stronger, or more efficient.”
Any genuine response that reasonably addresses the prompt will qualify regardless of its viewpoint, writing quality, length, or the particular home feature described.
The entrant must use the same email address submitted on the entrant’s original official entry form. The free alternative submission must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 4, 2026.
An entrant may use either the Cybertruck Appearance method or the free alternative method, but not both. Either method earns one additional entry, and neither method provides an advantage over the other.
D. Maximum Number of Entries
Each eligible person may receive no more than four total entries during the Giveaway Period:

One entry for completing the required official entry form;
-
One entry for answering the first optional form question;
-
One entry for answering the second optional form question; and
-
One entry through either the Cybertruck Appearance method or the free alternative method.
Except for completing the applicable entry forms, entrants are not required to:
-
Purchase a product or service;
-
Pay an event admission charge;
-
Be a current or former Knockout Inspections customer;
-
Consent to promotional emails, telephone calls, or text messages;
-
Follow a social media account;
-
Leave a review;
-
Refer another person; or
-
Attend an event.
These activities will not provide additional entries beyond the entry methods expressly described in these Official Rules.
5. Entry Limits and Duplicate Submissions
Limit one official entry-form submission per person and per email address during the Giveaway Period. Limit one Appearance Bonus Entry form submission per person and per email address during the Giveaway Period.
Each eligible person may earn no more than four total entries, as described in Section 4 of these Official Rules.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. The use of multiple email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, devices, browsers, social media accounts, or other methods to exceed the entry limit is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
The Sponsor may use names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing information, social media account information, IP addresses, device or browser information, submission timestamps, photographs, screenshots, or other reasonably identifying information to detect duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible submissions.
If more than one submission is received from or reasonably attributed to the same person, the Sponsor may retain only the first eligible submission, combine duplicate records, remove excess entries, or disqualify all associated submissions if the Sponsor reasonably determines that the entry limits were intentionally violated.
Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, automated systems, disposable accounts, false identities, copied photographs, or other methods intended to circumvent these Official Rules are prohibited.
The Sponsor’s determinations regarding duplicate submissions, entry totals, eligibility, appearance verification, social media proof, and compliance with these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.
Entries and verification materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. Prize
One winner will receive one child-sized battery-powered ride-on vehicle with a custom Knockout Inspections wrap, described as follows:

Manufacturer and model: Tesla® Cybertruck for Kids

Color and design: Green, red, and white with Knockout Inspections and FORTIFIED Home branding
-
Included accessories: Charger for the 22V battery
-
Approximate retail value: $2,750
The prize is intended for use only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, age recommendations, weight limitations, warnings, and safety requirements. Adult assembly, supervision, and appropriate safety equipment may be required.
The prize is awarded “as is,” subject to any applicable manufacturer warranty. The Sponsor makes no additional warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the prize.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. No cash alternative will be offered. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Only the item and accessories specifically identified in these Official Rules are included.
7. Local Pickup Required
The winner must pick up the prize at 9959 Windmill Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532, during a mutually agreed-upon date and time.
The Sponsor will not ship or deliver the prize. All costs associated with traveling to the pickup location, transporting the prize, assembling it, operating it, maintaining it, or using it are the winner’s responsibility.
The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification and sign any required eligibility, liability, prize-acceptance, tax, or publicity documentation before receiving the prize.
The winner must collect the prize within 14 calendar days after completing the required winner-verification process unless the Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing. Failure to collect the prize within that period may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about December 7, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection. Because an entrant may earn up to four entries, an entrant who earns all four available entries will have four entries included in the drawing.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or an independent party designated by the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entry validity, entry totals, winner selection, and administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided on the official entry form.
The potential winner must respond within three business days of the Sponsor’s first notification attempt and complete all required verification documents. If the potential winner:

Cannot be contacted;
-
Does not respond by the stated deadline;
-
Is found to be ineligible;
-
Provided inaccurate information;
-
Refuses the prize;
-
Does not complete the required documentation;
-
Does not pick up the prize by the applicable deadline; or
-
Does not comply with these Official Rules,
the potential winner may be disqualified, and the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing.
Entrants should be alert for impersonators and scams. Knockout Inspections will not require the winner to pay a fee, purchase a service, provide gift cards, or provide banking credentials to claim the prize.
10. Taxes and Expenses
The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs associated with accepting, transporting, assembling, maintaining, or using the prize that are not specifically included in these Official Rules.
The Sponsor may require the winner to provide information necessary for tax reporting and may issue applicable tax documentation.
11. Marketing Communications
Entering the Giveaway does not automatically enroll an entrant in promotional email or text-message marketing.
Any marketing consent displayed on an entry form will be separate, optional, and unchecked by default. An entrant’s decision to grant or withhold marketing consent will not affect eligibility, available entries, odds of winning, or winner selection.
The Sponsor may use an entrant’s contact information without marketing consent when reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, communicate about an entry, contact a potential winner, announce the result, or comply with legal obligations.
12. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled according to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://goforko.com/privacy-policy-2/.
The Sponsor may use submitted information—including contact information, social media account information, post links, photographs, and screenshots—to administer the Giveaway, calculate and verify entries, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, analyze campaign performance, maintain required records, and communicate with entrants who separately consent to marketing.
Photographs, screenshots, social media links, and related materials submitted as proof will not automatically grant the Sponsor permission to use that content in unrelated advertising. The Sponsor may request separate permission before using an entrant’s submitted photograph or likeness for additional promotional purposes.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Submitting a photograph or social media post for verification does not make every person appearing in that content a winner and does not automatically grant publicity rights for those individuals.
If a child is photographed or recorded for content that the Sponsor wishes to use for promotional purposes, the Sponsor will obtain permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian before using the child’s name, image, voice, or likeness.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, advertising partners, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, transportation, assembly, use, misuse, or loss of the prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or misdirected entries;
-
Inaccessible, deleted, expired, or private social media posts;
-
Incomplete or illegible screenshots;
-
Website, internet, email, telephone, social media, or technical failures;
-
Changes to social media platform features, availability, or policies;
-
Unauthorized human intervention;
-
Printing or typographical errors;
-
Entries or verification materials not received because of circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control;
-
Appearance changes or cancellations caused by weather, venue requirements, event organizers, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control;
-
Personal expenses incurred while attending an appearance;
-
Loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring while traveling to, attending, or leaving an appearance; or
-
Injury or damage caused by improper transportation, assembly, supervision, operation, maintenance, or use of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Modification or Cancellation
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, severe weather, event cancellation, legal restriction, or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor may modify, relocate, postpone, or cancel a Cybertruck appearance because of weather, venue requirements, event-organizer decisions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
If the Giveaway is canceled after eligible entries have been received, the Sponsor may select a winner from the eligible entries received before cancellation.
16. Social Media, Appearance Hosts, and Third-Party Disclaimer
The Giveaway may be advertised or discussed on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms, but it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Tesla, or any other third-party platform or brand unless expressly stated otherwise.
The appearance venues and event organizers—including Baldwin REALTORS®, the Baldwin County Homebuilders’ Association, the Orange Beach Event Center, the Baldwin County Coliseum, and their respective owners, employees, representatives, sponsors, and affiliates—are not sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway unless expressly identified as such.
By entering, each entrant releases the applicable social media platforms, appearance venues, and event organizers from claims arising solely from the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
“Cybertruck” and other third-party names or trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use is solely to identify or describe the prize, appearance, venue, or event and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
17. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Baldwin County, Alabama, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
